THE VISITOR

This is a creature whose unapologetic confidence in herself solidifies her as a creature not of our planet or society. She doesn't care for how she is viewed, a rare portrayal of a female figure who is free of society's skewed expectations of women.

This image was a part of my final university project entitled "Glory and Gore", which explored the female experience of living with misogyny, through horror aesthetics.
